She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. In addition to her clinical practice, Ms. Arellano is dedicated to the education and mentorship of future healthcare professionals. She actively serves as a preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students, offering hands-on training and guidance to the next generation of clinicians. Dr. William Starsiak is a highly regarded primary care doctor and family medicine specialist. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Southampton Hospital.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Starsiak brings a compassionate, patient-centered philosophy to medicine and plays an active role in supporting the practice through collaboration and clinical oversight. Daniela is a compassionate and organized Assistant Manager who supports both clinical workflow and front-office operations.
In her role, she helps oversee daily front desk functions, supports medical assistants, and ensures patient flow remains efficient from check-in to check-out. Daniela assists with communication between patients, staff, and the healthcare provider, helping the clinic run smoothly and respectfully.
Currently on a premed path, Daniela is passionate about healthcare and continues to grow academically while gaining hands-on experience in the clinical setting. She is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining clear protocols and a positive patient experience. Her leadership, professionalism, and dedication contribute to the overall quality of care our patients receive.

Ernesto is a friendly and dependable Medical Assistant who helps create a smooth, compassionate experience for patients from intake through discharge.
He supports patient care by preparing exam rooms, obtaining vital signs, assisting with intake, updating medical histories, and ensuring providers have the information needed for each visit. Ernesto also helps coordinate patient flow and assists with administrative tasks as needed to help maintain an efficient and seamless clinic workflow.
As he prepares to begin Physician Assistant (PA) school, Ernesto brings strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a genuine commitment to patient care.
